As a business and life coach, I help career-driven women achieve their fullest potential by helping them discover the clarity needed to build the confidence that empowers them to succeed. I work with really smart and ambitious professional women - many of whom are killing themselves to realize success in their job or business and maintain their identity outside of the workplace. They are exhausted trying to figure it all out by themselves or trying to have it all according to the standards of others. I help these women slow down and define what they are truly trying to accomplish so that we can build a plan to make it happen.

In the 30 Day Discovery Program, we’ll work together to:

  • Get crystal clear on your objectives by cutting through all of the noise and external expectations that have been driving you to this point.
  • Uncover hidden challenges that may be sabotaging your ability to move toward your ideal.
  • Complete the program renewed, re-energized, and inspired to finally “go for” what you’ve always desired.


This program is not for women who are looking for an easy answer or for someone to tell them what they should be doing with their lives. This program is for women who are ready to put in the work to conduct an introspective analysis of their strengths, challenges, and desires.

During the 30-day Discovery Process:

  • We will engage in 4 one-on-one sessions to uncover your biggest and highest priority concerns and desires for your future.
  • At the conclusion of each discussion, homework may be assigned that will require deeper thought and analysis on your part.
  • By the end of the 30 days, you will have discovered what you truly need to focus on and an achievable plan for making progress in that area.
