Network Like a Boss Lady - Registration is now closed.

And, although, I truly believe that women are inherently better networkers than men because having an interest in helping others comes more naturally to us, most of us only have male role models when I comes to learning how to network. Which is why I have designed this workshop.

Registration is now closed. Check back for future workshop dates.

If you have secretly told yourself that networking is not for you because you never see results, you don't need to, or don't have the time...it's time to embrace the power of networking by registering for this workshop - Network Like a Boss Lady. In this four hour workshop, I'll share my lessons learned, the data collected from the latest best practices, and observations of some of the best networkers I've witnessed in action to save you time in developing your own style and methodology. Skip the trial and error and just get to effective, efficient networking that builds the lasting relationships that will bolster your success.

Networking is the single most powerful thing you can do to drive success for yourself and your company. It is about making connections and building enduring, mutually beneficial relationships. Networking is a vital part of everyday life yet women network at half the frequency of their male counterparts. And while its not clear why women don't network as frequently as men it is no wonder then, when we are passed up for promotions or miss the opportunity to participate in an inspiring collaboration.

I didn't fully embrace the concept of networking until about 10 years ago. Prior to that, I worked in a decent sized company and really had no intention of going anywhere else. I didn't learn until much later the value and power of networking. Now I can't imagine not making time to participate in networking activities in some way, shape or form.

For me, it has opened the door to great business relationships, it has allowed me to build a strong group of people who are willing to provide support, encouragement, advice, and guidance - as well as the opportunity to build solid friendships.

What if you could:

  1. use networking to create real relationships built on a mutual desire to help others - even if you don't feel you have anything to offer
  2. stop collecting business cards and start building a genuine network that helps you reach your business and personal goals - without being "salesy" or appearing needy
  3. strike up a conversation with anyone - even if you lack confidence to meet new people
  4. use targeted strategies to network efficiently and effectively - without wasting valuable, personal time

Using my years of experience with networking - drawing from my own lessons learned and what I have observed from others Network Like a Boss Lady provides a comfortable environment for women to develop their own, confident networking style that elevates their networking activities from simply collecting business cards to developing and nurturing relationships that last a lifetime.
