Expectations of Participants

Next Session Begins in July 2016.

Minerva Management Coaching Circle Members are expected to meet certain expectations to participate. As an MMC Member, participants will commit to:


  • Attend meetings on a regular basis missing no more than 5 meetings during the 6 month session
  • Participate fully in weekly sessions including being prepared to discuss wins, challenges, and provide feedback to others
  • Full honesty
  • Full confidentiality

This Coaching Circle will meet weekly for 60 minutes on Wednesdays at 8:00 AM for six months. Membership will be limited to 10 individuals and will be considered on an application based system. The investment in the MMC for Women in Leadership is $249/month and will be due by the first day of each month to remain eligible to participate.

Members will also have access to a private Facebook group page to stay in contact with each other in between meetings and will receive two 30 minute private coaching sessions with Stacy (a $150 value) to utilize as desired during the six month period.

Minerva Coaching Circle for Women in Leadership

This Minerva Coaching Circle is intended to help women in leadership or management who are looking at becoming a more effective leader or being pressured to squeeze more results from their team.

Facilitated by Stacy Oldfield, the MCC for Women in Leadership will focus on teaching members how to use personal coaching techniques with their team to improve productivity, profitability, and employee satisfaction.
