Stacy L. Oldfield

Founder & President

As a business executive and certified life coach, Stacy Oldfield uses her corporate and small business experience to help women reach their business and career goals.

Moving to Charleston in 1997, Stacy spent ten years with the leading provider of relationship-building software and web-based solutions for nonprofits. Here she distinguished herself as a sound financial guide, overseeing a team with over $60 million in revenues. She also led the Sarbanes-Oxley task force for professional services and helped create and implement proper controls to meet all requirements for certification.

Spending the next eight years as the CEO of a consulting firm to nonprofits, Stacy understands what small businesses face and how to take them to the next level. In this role, her commitment to detail and excellence allowed the company to restructure for maximum efficiency and growth. During this time, she was the 2012 President of the Association of Fundraising Professionals – SC Lowcountry Chapter and a Charleston Regional Business Journal's 2008 Forty Under 40 recipient - recognized as someone who excels in her chosen field but also devotes considerable time to the betterment of the community.

After 20+ years in Corporate America, an MBA from Xavier University, and an Elite Life Coaching Certification, Stacy launched Minerva Management Partners, a business coaching practice dedicated to supporting career-driven women. Now as a Robbins Results Coach and Business Results Trainer with Robbins Research International, she combines her business experience and life coaching knowledge to help business women overcome their most pressing challenges and hold them accountable for achieving their goals. Whether it’s helping women discover creative solutions to their business challenges, coaching them to be more clear and decisive, or helping them see and take action on new opportunities, Stacy empowers them to achieve the business and career results they are seeking.

Stacy has been invited to speak to many audiences within the state including the Center for Women, Women Entrepreneurs of Charleston, the Women of the Workforce program of the Naval Information Warfare Center (SPAWAR), Charleston Women in Business, Association of Fundraising Professionals, SCANPO, graduate classes at both The Citadel and the College of Charleston (CofC), and Leadership CofC. She currently serves as a mentor through the Women of Excellence Program at Xavier University and previously served on the Board of Directors for the Beautiful Gate Center and on the advisory board of the SC Women's Business Center.
